Alanna Matty is a musician, live streamer, and producer who paints expressive and captivating stories of life’s emotional journeys with immaculate lush harmonies and wonderful lyrical imagery. Her live performances carry along her audience on a sweeping river of emotion one minute you’re swaying to a story of a love that wasn’t meant to be and the next you’ll be grooving to the story of the end of a friendship. Through the adept use of live looping software, Alanna is able to quickly create an immersive and detailed soundscape that draws you in for a unique emotional experience.
When not on stage, Alanna lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia where she enjoys gardening, woodwork, spending time with her friends, and the company of her faithful corgi companion Clive. She’s recorded two EPs and three albums, including Subject To Change which is set to release on October 4th 2024.
